Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Hamilton, ON is for a Site Supervisor/Labourer. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. The role also requires assisting with hands-on construction and labor tasks, including material handling and equipment operation, as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, and coordinating teams
- Proficiency in construction safety standards and protocols
- General construction, equipment operation, and material handling
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in the ICI construction sector is an asset
