Requirements:
• 10+ years progressive industrial experience with heavy equipment
• Strong leadership competencies and a strategic mindset
• Experience in front-line workforce supervision
• Capacity to obtain a Saskatchewan labour supervisor certificate
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and commute by aircraft
