The Role
This role will see you taking complete responsibility for a variety of work. Ordinarily on large scale projects, you will be leading a trade team and sub-contractors and working with
senior leadership
to get projects finished on time and to high standard.
You will
be a strong leader, get on well with people and have good experience on the tools, an eye for quality. This role requires:
• Experienced as a Site Manager with commercial construction projects
• Excellent technical and planning skills including construction management programs
• The ability to drive and achieve deadlines
• A strong commitment to site health and safety guidelines
• Strong management style with the ability to delegate tasks
• Ability to contribute to a positive
work environment
