MCL Group is currently looking to hire a JUNIOR On-site Project Field Coordinator. (approx. 6-7 month role) This position is suitable for those who are looking to gain valuable on- the-job experience who are entry-level project coordinators. This is a unique position in that whatever the demands of the day are, you are the valuable go-to-person to support the project and its ever-changing needs. You must reside within 30 min. to 1 hour of Conklin, AB.
Requirements:
- Must be available within one week of start date.
- This project is based south of Conklin, AB.
- Must have 1-2 years of project coordination and management experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Some field/construction experience is required.
- Experience with timesheets and LEMs.
- Knowledge of all Field Safety Documentation.
- Experience dealing with parts procurement and coordination with Head Office.
- Ability to drive to vendors to pick up last-minute parts and materials.
- Understanding of construction methodology, documents, and the ability to assess their completeness.
- Strong computer background including experience with Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a role that may require working weekends based on the needs of the project.
- There is NO LOA for this role.
