PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the appropriate site supervisor, the Janitor is responsible to perform and oversee a variety of janitorial and custodial tasks and to maintain clean and safe buildings and grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Cleans and services office trailers, mud rooms, washcars, lunchrooms and restrooms
· Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
· Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials
· Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals
· Observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed
· repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services
· Dusts such items as blinds, furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills
· Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies

· Must be willing to work in remote job locations

Pay: $22.58-$28.41 per hour
