Join our dynamic team as a Siding and Window Installer, where you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the exterior aesthetics and energy efficiency of residential buildings. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction expertise to deliver high-quality results. As a key contributor, you’ll be responsible for installing siding, windows, and related exterior components with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on every job site.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, and metal panels with accuracy and attention to detail
- Install windows of different sizes and styles, ensuring proper sealing, insulation, and alignment for optimal performance
- Operate hand tools, power tools and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently
- Perform surface preparation tasks such as framing, carpentry, or metal stud framing to create a solid foundation for siding and window installation
- Apply caulking, trim carpentry techniques, and finishing touches to ensure seamless exterior surfaces
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during all phases of installation
Skills
- Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy lifting equipment safely
- Experience with roofing, stucco application, masonry, welding, and restoration work is a plus
- Strong carpentry skills including trim carpentry and frame carpentry for precise finishing work
- Familiarity with metal stud framing, drywall installation, and handyman experience enhances versatility on-site
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting, ladder work and working at heights or on scaffolding in various weather conditions
