Shuttle Driver/Utility Attendant, Hickman Nissan Clarenville

Hickman Automotive Group is looking for a Shuttle Driver/Utility Attendant to join our team at Hickman Nissan Clarenville!

The Shuttle Driver/Utility Attendant gets passengers – or groups of passengers – where they need to go. They are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting customers while providing excellent customer service. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lot.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely transporting clients and providing exceptional customer service.

• Drive safely, responsibly and be prepared for all road conditions.

• Maintain contact with Service Consultants, keeping record of pick-ups and drop-offs as necessary.

• Maintain a clean shuttle.

• Moving vehicles on lot.

• Helping clear vehicles in winter.

• Clearing & salting building entrances in winter.

• Mowing grass and keeping lot and areas clean of debris, garbage in summer.

• Checking over new vehicle arrivals for damage.

• Assisting mechanics and service department.

• Performing oil changes, tire changes and rotations, and wheel alignments.

• Cleaning and detailing cars when needed.

• Responsible for general cleanliness and maintenance tasks in the shop area including sweeping and hosing down floor, and garbage removal.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.

• Class 5 driver’s license.

• Has maintained a safe driving record.

• Excellent driving skills and habits.

• Drivers must have good communication skills to interact with fellow drivers, service consultants and customers.

• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.

• Ability to drive in in all types of weather conditions.

• Experience in customer Service.

• Strong work ethic.

• Well-developed team member skills.

• Punctual and reliable.
