Job Summary
We are assisting Willow Cleaning Company with seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join their team. This position is not for Resource Ability.
This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for residential short-term rental properties, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for their clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be reliable, and have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail and hospitality.
Please note, we will require 2 professional references for successful candidates and a criminal records check.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of short-term rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and bed making, organizing linens and towels.
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels, damage reporting and Short-Term Rental turnover procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Effectively manage time to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and efficient
- Communicate professionally with supervisor and team members in English
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to health guidelines during all cleaning activities
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial, residential, short-term/hospitality is preferred; training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household organization is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable vehicle
- Working independently or with a team
- Criminal Records Check completed prior to starting in this role.
