Role Responsibilities
- Drive deployment and operational excellence for retail demo systems across AI glasses, VR devices, and in-store display technologies
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for store technology performance, software updates, vendor management, and retail device maintenance
- Ensure high uptime and seamless customer experiences across first-party retail locations
- Collaborate with retail operations, technical vendors, analytics teams, and internal engineering stakeholders
- Manage deployments, track KPIs, resolve technical issues, and maintain scalable retail technology systems
Requirements
- Experience managing high-impact retail technology operations
- Experience with large-scale hardware deployments
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including vendors and engineering teams
- Experience tracking KPIs and maintaining operational performance standards
- Ability to manage software updates, device maintenance, and retail system operations
