Shop/Yard Coordinator Jobs in Fond du Lac, WI at Mark Cardinal Concrete
The Shop/Yard Coordinator is responsible for keeping MCC’s shop, equipment, and materials organized, fueled, loaded, and ready for field operations every day. This role exists so that crews leave on time and foremen are not wasting field hours hunting for supplies or waiting on equipment. You are the last line of defense before the truck hits the road.
Daily Expectations
When trucks and trailers return to the shop, the following must be completed before the next dispatch:
- Fill all fuel cans: Diesel, Premium , Mixed Gas
- Fuel up all trucks Sweep and clean cab of each truck
- Unload trucks — remove all materials, tools, and trash from the previous day
- Load all load list items as directed by PMs — nothing leaves without the right gear
- Call for load lists from each PM if not already received by designated time Ongoing responsibilities:
- Shop/Yard Up Keep
- Inventory Management
- Fabrication Support
- Logistics SupportRequirements: Valid Drivers License, CDL preferred or willingness to obtain, physical ability to lift 90 pounds, ability to operate forklift, skid steers, or similar equipment, work in all weather conditions, strong attention to detail.
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
