SHOP LABOURER
Collicutt Energy Services is hiring a Shop Labourer for our Red Deer shop. This is an entry-level role supporting shop and yard operations, helping technicians, maintaining the facility, and keeping operations moving safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Assist technicians with cleaning, disassembly, and general labour tasks
- Move equipment and support shop operations
- Wash equipment, totes, and customer units
- Maintain shop, yard, and facility cleanliness
- Support snow removal, grass cutting, and yard upkeep
- Operate forklifts and shop equipment (training available)
- Complete parts runs and assist with inventory handling
- Support other departments as required
What you bring
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable abstract
- Previous shop, labour, or yard experience is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset
