Shipping & Production Associate
One Off Apparel – West Boylston, MA
$20–$22/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
One Off Apparel is one of New England’s premier custom apparel decorators, producing high-quality screen printed, embroidered, and retail-ready merchandise for breweries, technology companies, sports teams, and nationally recognized brands.
We’re looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate who takes pride in staying organized, keeping orders moving, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
- Organize inventory and incoming apparel
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Prepare freight and UPS/FedEx shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping area
- Assist with inventory counts and organization
- Help ensure orders leave accurately and on time
We Believe in Teamwork
While shipping and receiving will be your primary responsibility, we’re a small, fast-moving company where everyone works together. During slower shipping periods, you’ll help support other departments with tasks such as:
- Catching shirts off our automatic screen printing presses
- Assisting production operators
- Installing woven labels and finishing garments
- Folding, bagging, and preparing orders for shipment
- Other production support as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work required
