Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring our parts inventory is accurate, customer orders are shipped promptly, and our dealership operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and inventory records
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Ship online orders quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas
- Process inventory transactions using our dealership management system
- Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to ensure efficient operations
- Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
Qualifications
- Previous inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with Lightspeed EVO is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
