Job Overview:
Our client in theKennedy and Edwards blvdarea is seeking aShipper/Receiverto join their team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of products. This is a vital role in our warehouse distribution process, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Morning Shift 10AM-8PM, Monday to Friday
-$17.00-$19.00 / HR Plus 4% vacation pay, Paid bi-weekly on Fridays

Duties:
Pick and packorders accurately and efficiently using order picking equipment (RF Scanner)
Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and securely packaged
Receive incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of the items received against purchase orders
Unload and load trucks using a various forklifts (Reach, counterbalance, walkie rider)
Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate inventory counts
Utilize software to track inventory and update records
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as an order picker or shipper/receiver
Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in an e-commerce environment
1+ yearsexperience in operatingreach, counterbalance, and walkie rider
Basic math skills for inventory management
Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
