You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.

How you will contribute

You will:

Work in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks
Adhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules
Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
Load product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Ensure proper personal hygiene, clean uniforms, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Must follow all HS&E procedures/policies and ensure that Good Manufacturing Procedures are followed
Ensure proper housekeeping of the work areas
Receive finished goods from the production lines and palletizing systems including the inspection of damaged or missing product
Ensure floor inventory is correct
Check incoming trailers for cleanliness and wheel chock placement before loading
Load trailers as instructed keeping trailer weight evenly distributed and use air bags to reduce damage
Perform all required SAP transactions (verifying quantities before scanning finished goods)
Work with the shipping/receiving leaders, line leaders, and QA personnel to ensure that all “ON HOLD” finish goods are accounted for and controlled properly
Maintain lift truck equipment (includes maintaining water level) and perform daily inspection prior to use each day
Complete Hoist and Crane inspections as required
Report any unsafe conditions
Other duties as assigned

Must take direction from the Shipping/Receiving leader, Line Lead, or any competent person regarding any reasonable requirement for the purpose of achieving manufacturing goals, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a licensed forklift driver (BT Walkie Rider, Narrow Aisle and Counter Balance)
Must be able to read and comprehend different types of written documents in English
Must be able to accurately record receiving documentation as necessary in English
Ability to accurately record shipment totals and codes
Physically agile and able to move with manual dexterity in fast-paced environment
Must have a demonstrated ability to work in a safe and competent manner
Must be a self-starter to work with minimal supervision
Computer literate with proficiency in SAP
Demonstrated time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
Must have a demonstrated ability to follow all GMP guidelines and safety programs
Demonstrated ability to quickly master new tasks and skills with keen attention to detail
Must be a strong performer who demonstrates reliability, an excellent attendance record, excellent team work and strong self-directed individual and group work ethic
