Shift Supervisor/Manager Jobs in Toronto at Amaya Express

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
– Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
– Manage and train staff members, including providing guidance and support
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
– Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals
– Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
– Knowledge of food service industry practices and regulations
– Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant software
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 44 per week
