* As a Shift Manager with Ricki’s/Bootlegger you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store. As a member of the management team you will help to lead all aspects of the store’s business and support day to day operations.

* How You’ll Contribute
* Shift Managers are responsible for supporting day to day
store operations
including
achieving sales goals
, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall
team leadership
in the absence of their store manager or assistant manager. A Shift Manager is also responsible for providing amazing customer experiences and demonstrating strong selling skills.
* Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
* Drive
customer loyalty
by introducing our loyalty program to all customers
* Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates
* Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
* Oversee
store operations
, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management
