Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and enhancing Service Now modules. The ideal candidate must hold key Service Now certifications and possess hands‑on expertise in platform customization, integration, and operational support.
Key Requirements
Mandatory
Certifications:
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Preferred but highly beneficial)
Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, module development, and best practices.
Design, develop, and customize Service Now modules to meet business and operational requirements.
Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations.
Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot platform issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
Implement module enhancements, onboarding activities, and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills
Proven experience in Service Now development and platform configuration.
Strong knowledge of integrations , API development, and module‑level customization.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative Agile environment.
