Full job description
We are looking to fill a full-time position of a Service Writer. The successful candidate will have job duties that revolve around the needs of the customer which makes communication skills an essential requirement.
Job Duties:
-Tracking and scheduling repairs/deliveries
-Creating, amending and closing of work orders for the service department
-Receivables
-Warranty claims
-Other department tasks
Qualifications:
-Technical knowledge an asset
-Warranty experience
-Service advisor background
-Administrative background an asset
-Team player, attentive to details, customer service skills
-Positive attitude
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
