We are currently hiring a Service Technician to work out of Rawlins, WY. Our Service Technicians perform maintenance, repair and installation of internet, phone, and television services.
Responsibilities:
- Install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise
- Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops
- Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops
- Restore services due to unpredictable events
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Locate underground facilities
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
- Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
- Previous experience troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
