Drake International has partnered with the top residential gas installation company. We are looking for four (4) Service Gas Technicians. What you will be Doing:
Call customers on route to job sites
Treat customers with courtesy
Leave customer homes cleaner than when we first arrived
Diagnose technical issues with stoves, fireplaces or BBQ’sMaintain proper safety equipment (work safe)
Keep service vehicle (or trucks) neat, organized & properly stocked
Collect customer balances upon service completion
Follow the company’s uniform guidelines
Properly complete all paperwork, including pictures, notes, as well as make, model & serial numbers
Drive safely and abide by vehicle road laws and regulations
Ensure principal service vehicle is safe for use and that all maintenance is completed
Answer telephone and ensure prompt and courteous customer service when no sales person is present
Work closely with sales team in sharing installation and inspection information
Who You Are:
Proficient knowledge in customer service; tools; roofing / remodeling.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate sound work ethics
Knowledge of all installation equipment, pump jacks, forklifts
Minimum two (2) years in building/installation of Gas products
Six Months energy system Installation and service experience
Engineering or electrical training/experience would be considered an asset
Ability to
meet project deadlines
