Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service department, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment service and management, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
Provide technical support and training to service technicians
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and inventory levels
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in equipment service and repair
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of landscape equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
