We're looking for a Systems Administration / Operations Support Specialist to support 24/7 data centre operations and technology infrastructure.
On-Site Position
24/7/365 Operations | 4-on, 4-off | 12-hour rotating shifts
Requirements:
- 5 years of technology-related experience
- 2 years of Service Desk Support experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Strong Technical Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Enterprise Automation Scheduling
- Experience supporting data centre operations and infrastructure environments
- Ability to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment
Proficiency in at least 5 of the following:
- Technical Troubleshooting
- Data Backup & Migration
- Computer Operations
- Data Centre Administration
- Production Control
- Enterprise Automation Scheduling
- Data Centre Facilities Management
- System & Console Operations
- Technology Systems Management
- Records Management & Archiving
