Overview

Quorum Software is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and to support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

General administration support within Office 365

Queue management

Troubleshooting issues related to onboarding and termination of employees

Audio/Video Conferencing configuration/troubleshooting

Vendor management

Inventory management

This person must be able to resolve tickets within Freshservice in a high volume capacity

Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise

And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

3+ years of desktop support experience in a high volume environment

Strong O365 administration background (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, adding users to distribution groups, etc.)

Basic troubleshooting Citrix VDI and VMWare support

Break-fix troubleshooting experience (Lenovo/Dell workstations)

Strong Active Directory experience (security permissions, adding and deleting users, etc.)

Experience with Azure Active Directory

Experience managing Microsoft Intune

Experience working with a ticketing system (Fresh Service)

Expert level communication skills and ability to work on a team

Experience with vendor management, procurement, inventory management

The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively

Additional Details

Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.

Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Canada is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
