The Role

As a Service Coordinator (Service Assistant/Writer), you will be the vital link between our customers and our technical team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who excels in fast-paced environments and understands the seasonal demands of the farming industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact, advising customers on repair estimates and providing consistent updates throughout the service process.
  • Service Sales: Drive revenue by effectively selling parts, labor, and wholegoods services while maintaining elite customer satisfaction.
  • Workflow Management: Schedule all service work, assign tasks to technicians, and oversee shop ticket billing.
  • Department Support: Assist technicians as needed and maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure seamless dealership operations.

Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mentality.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with computers and administrative tasks; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak seasons.
  • Experience: A farming or agricultural background is highly preferred.
