Full job description
Xtreme Marine & Wyes Guys are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Team. To be successful, in addition to welcoming our customers, delivering excellent customer service, being highly organized and detail-oriented, the following basic job duties are required:
Basic Job Duties:
Excellent communication skills
Liaise with customers, parts department, and service technicians to ensure accurate communication of problems, recommended repairs, cost of initial diagnostics & repairs, parts ETA, estimated completion dates & potentially unforeseen circumstances
Manage all aspects of work orders, from customer drop-off to customer pick-up, with particular attention paid to pro-active communication
Receive and schedule new bookings in the Service Scheduler
special orders (SO) and sublet work required or authorized on work order
Assist technicians in obtaining technical support when required
May be required to assist with boat moving, after-service cleaning & yard organization as required
Obtain parts from parts department or Dock Store as required for work orders
Follow-up on completed work orders to collect receivables
Proficient in MS Office
We are a fast-growing boat and powersports dealer located just outside of Sherwood Park. All our employees go through our in-house training program that is ongoing, as well as have the option to go to NAIT’s Outdoor Power Equipment course in the off-season.
Monthly bonus available after probation period ends. No experience is necessary, but the applicant should have some customer experience background and enjoy working with people as well as have a basic understadning of boats, powersports and lawn/ garden equipment.

Salary: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
