Helix-ACI Group of Companies is a wireless communications company that first started in 1977. Helix-ACI operates under two brands. Allcan Distributors: services all of Canada as a distributor of wireless communications products and components. Westcan Advanced Communications Solutions: provides engineered solutions, project management, maintenance, and service of the most advance industrial wireless projects in Western Canada.

We are currently accepting applications for a Service Administrator to join our team. This position is based out of our Victoria, BC office at 3300 Tennyson Ave.

The Operations Department is seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and can work with multiple stakeholders. As a Service Administrator, you will gain a well-rounded experience with respect to the inner operations of a business; everything from purchasing products and service, selling solutions to end clients, and managing large projects. We are a dedicated team of people interested in providing accurate services to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will gain experience with respect to the inner operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact to customers and process inquiries regarding radio repairs and service requests.
Daily scheduling of requests from both external and internal clients.
Receive incoming repairs, process outgoing repairs for pick-up and coordinate with customers for pick-up when service work is completed.
Prepare internal and external documentation for warranty claims.
Coordinate with multiple departments regarding internal and external clients.
Will be working with a ticketing system, dispatch software, and ERP software.
Administer and maintain all internal and external billing for the Service Department.
Logistics assistance in receiving/shipping product and order movement.
Assist with all other duties as required.

Required Experience and Education:

1 Year Customer Service Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Telecommunications experience is an asset.

What do we have to offer?

Compensation will be between $45,000 – $50,000 based on a combination of experience and education.
Participation in the Family Extended Health Benefits program cost to be shared between employer and employee.

3 Weeks paid vacation.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
