Our client in Dorval in the construction industry is currently looking for a service assistant for there service department. This candidate is required to manage the daily maintenance & repair service calls requested by our
national retail/commercial industry clients while ensuring that the quality of service and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Advantages
Monday-Friday (7AM-9AM – 4PM-6PM) (40 hours a week)
48,000$-50,000$ (based on experience)
3 weeks vacation
Group insurance after probation – Benefits – 50%/50% (medical, dental, life insurance, etc.)
Company is constantly growing and well-known in the industry
RRSP plan after one year

Responsibilities
This candidate is required to assist with the daily maintenance & repair service calls requested by our national retail/commercial industry clients.

The perfect candidate will have the following qualifications;

Service experience
Strong organisation skills
Administrative skills
Basic accounting skills
Time management skills for administrative duties
Will assist Service Coordinators in making follow up calls
Will assist with the dispatch of service calls across Canada
Be bilingual
Ensure customer satisfaction following up on the completed service call.
Assist in finding new resources to help us maintain a competitive edge in the industry (nationally).

Qualifications
Strong bilingual communication skills – both verbal and written

Experience in a construction setting an asset

Versatile and flexible under high pressure situations

Provide direction and solutions to technician’s who are handling the service call

Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources

Strong organizational skills

Has good negotiation skills
