Full job description
Duties:
– Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
– Utilize POS system to input orders and process payments
– Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service to customers
Skills:
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
– Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order totals
– Experience with POS systems preferred but not required
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures
– Previous experience in cashiering or food service is a plus
