Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
– Greet guests and escort them to their tables
– Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
– Take food and beverage orders accurately
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
– Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
– Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
– Clear tables and clean dining area after guests leave
– Prepare bills and process payments using POS system
– Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
– Strong math skills for handling payments accurately
– Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
– Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
