Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at our restaurant Coco D’or As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:
– Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
– Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
– Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
– Handle cash and process payments using POS system
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
– Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
– Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
– Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
