Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and beverage orders accurately
– Deliver orders to tables promptly
– Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery to guests
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
– Process payments and operate the cash register
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Basic math skills for order processing and payment handling
– Knowledge of food handling safety standards
– Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the restaurant operations
