Server/Server Jobs in Peachland at The Blind Angler
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
– Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Skills:
– Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
– Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
– Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
– Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
– Knowledge of the food industry, including different types of beverages and ingredients
– Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
– Exceptional customer service skills to interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
