RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet all guests and present menus
Take orders from guests and place them into POS
Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
Prepare checks, process transactions and guest payments when required
Ensuring excellent levels of service are being delivered to guests
Address guests’ complaints related to food quality and service. Report incident to the restaurant managers
Collaborate with kitchen staff
Maintain inventory, stock levels and supplies
Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English; Vietnamese are considered an asset
Energetic – ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
Team player – assist in a positive guest experience however necessary
Able to work a flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
