Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
– Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients
– Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
– Assist in cooking and grilling food items as needed
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
– Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations
– Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
– Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
– Knowledge of basic food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
– Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
