Server/Cashier Jobs in Saint John at Bodega on Main
Our restaurant is looking for a Server/Cashier to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
– Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
– Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner
– Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next customer
– Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
– Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
– Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate bills
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong communication and customer service skills
