Experienced Server (Part-Time / Full-Time)
we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team in Downtown Vancouver.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience( preferred )
- Fluent English is required
- Bilingual (English & Persian/Farsi) is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly learn our menu and POS system
- Ability to confidently explain menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Serving It Right certificate
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently answer guests’ questions
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently
- Help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest
