Job description
Server
Duties:
– Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
– Ensure accurate cash handling and process customer payments
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce age restrictions
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
– Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
Experience:
– Previous experience in the hospitality industry or food service preferred
– Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
– Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
– Familiarity with food handling safety regulations is a plus
