Job Overview:
We’re seeking experienced servers and semi experienced oyster shuckers. Preference will be given to applicants who can and want to try both. Not everyone can shuck and we get that but you must have a keen interest in learning about shellfish and willing to learn. Oyster shucking is fun and easy to teach.
We’re a fun, friendly and customer-oriented casual seafood space and this is not an entry level job.
We can teach you about oysters but you need know how to multi task, make drinks, be fun, and know your stuff. The room is small but it’s fast paced and everyone works as a team. Our culture is we do everything for each other. It is a tip pool so our success is depends on everyone pulling on the same rope.
New hires will be asked to start with the brunch shift on Sat/Sun and help the rest of the week as we expand our hours Tues-Sun
