We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
– Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
– Handle cash and process payments using the POS system
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
– Time management skills to ensure efficient service
