Responsibilities
Provide a positive and exceptional experience in a timely manner with superior attention to detail
Be knowledgeable about all menu items in order to make recommendations and answer questions
Knowledgeable about each function, knowing what is being offered, as well as the general timing of events
Assist co-workers as necessary in order to provide outstanding service
Assist with room set-up and tear down, in addition to other cleaning responsibilities
Follow all opening and closing procedures ensuring all areas are tidy and organized
Complete opening, closing and side-duties accurately and efficiently
Follow all policies, procedures and safety guidelines, to ensure responsible service
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
1 -2 years of related serving experience is a MUST
Previous customer service experience with outstanding attention to detail
Must be a team player who is willing to provide an exceptional experience to our membership and guests
ProServe certification
Must be able to work morning, day and night shifts as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
