Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk analysis for quoting and negotiating renewals
• Build professional partnerships through prompt service and support
• Pursue new business and grow existing broker relationships
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and carrier agreements
• Prepare referral documentation for various markets
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial lines underwriting
• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or equivalent
• Level 2 broker license or eligibility for RIBO licenses
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for broker meetings
