Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a courageous safety leader, promoting safety rules and procedures
• Develop relationships with management and operational staff
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers as needed
• Implement medium and long-range dam construction plans
• Oversee the QA/QC program for compliance with design specs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
• At least 5 years in mine or construction planning
• Proficient in technical drawings and scheduling
• Eligible for P. Eng. registration with EGBC
• Strong communication skills essential
