About the Role The System Analyst will be a Digital Insights team member, responsible for developing, cloud-based solutions using various technologies such as Data Factory, Dev Ops, Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Power Platform. Reporting to the Director, Digital Insights, the System Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and comply with the established standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop cloud-based systems, software integrations, and application functionalities utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Generative AI components, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager, Azure Functions, Dev Ops, and Key Vault to address business requirements.

Develop application prototypes for validation and demonstration before initiating comprehensive development.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure system reliability and performance.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to configure and implement new features and applications.

Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements to provide accurate estimates for development efforts.

Stay informed about the latest Power Platform features, updates, and enhancements to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Engage with Citizen Developers and Power Users, offering guidance on best practices to enhance their effective use of the Power Platform.

Propose and implement automation strategies using the MS Power Platform to streamline business processes.

Document technical processes and maintain

up-to-date

documentation.

Knowledge and Experience Required Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development with 2 years expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Manager, Azure Functions, and Dev Ops.

Comprehensive understanding of Power Platform architecture and its data structures.

Proficiency in integrating Power Apps with various data sources.
