innovative
customer-first strategies that revolutionize how we integrate and deliver curated solutions and exceptional customer service experiences.

You will
play a pivotal role building and leading product and sales readiness and enablement.
You will
support the transformation of foundational processes, systems, tools and resources necessary to ensure that the end-to-end sales and activation engine is
purpose
-built to optimize RGUS, maximize EBITDA and deliver an unrivaled customer experience. Partnering closely with product, sales & marketing, supply operations, and install teams you will orchestrate enhancements to the current sales processes today, removing customer friction points and increasing sales conversion while also helping to shape our future end-to-end service delivery model.
You will
have the opportunity to lead strategic programs across this growing portfolio. Qualifications
What you bring:
Opportunity Management:
Partner with stakeholders in identifying strategic initiatives, prioritizing
process improvement

Project Management
:
Take ownership for business improvement initiatives from concept to execution, and provide status updates, feedback and reporting Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes

Drive change through the identification of incremental improvements, layering or phasing of change and activities to drive
sustainability
post-project completion Data Collection/Analysis:
Gather critical information to identify data points to extrapolate business benefits and outcome Storytelling:
Excel in
communication
with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for senior-level reviews and updates Great-to-haves:
University degree combined with a minimum of 7+ years of equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of TELUS consumer products, systems and the customer E2E value chain
Ability to
