The Senior Software Engineer within the GRTT-Liquidity Technology group serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Liquidity Risk domain, responsible for delivering efficient, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions across a blend of in-house and vendor platforms. This role directly supports the Liquidity Risk group’s strategic streamlining initiatives by driving innovation and system optimization.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Data Capture, and Application Support to ensure seamless integration and support of critical systems. With 5–10 years of progressive IT experience, the ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, proactive mindset, and leadership capabilities to guide solution architecture and implementation. This role demands a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
In this role you will:
Design, code, and implement high-quality software applications that are cost-effective and resilient.
Provide technical support for applications in production and during user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
Contribute to system planning, architecture, and implementation efforts, aligning with business goals and technical standards.
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
