About the Role:
You will be responsible for conducting sales calls and building long term relationships with our clients. We will provide leads and appointments, you will show up as your best self and coach those prospects to make a buying decision.
Responsibilities:
Convert warm inbound leads into sales
Handle multiple prospects simultaneously
Take scheduled calls via Alloware and Hubspot
Attend daily sales huddles and any other trainings
Complete end of day reports
Consistently be on top of daily tasks and follow up calls
Exceed sales targets
Use a consultative sales approach
Results:
85K+ in new business monthly, which is the minimum KPI and represents 10 units
You should expect to take 4 – 6 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week
You will book all of your own follow ups until the deal is closed
Requirements:
Available full time, 40 hours per week
Love people and view their success as your own
At least two years in high ticket sales and proven ability to close $500K+ per year
Outstanding interpersonal skills
A strong drive for success
Love being part of a team and see the value in coming into the office every day

Remuneration:
On target earning for this role range from $100,000 per year (minimum KPI) to $120,000 per year
There is no cap on earnings
