Welcome to an exceptional career opportunity as a Senior Sales Manager for Global Hosting at Merrithew™! The Senior Sales Manager, Global Hosting (EMEA) is responsible for

education

sales and account management across Europe, the UK, Middle East, and Africa, leading the expansion of Merrithew’s educational offerings. The primary goal is to elevate sales and revenue within the territory through strategic prospecting,

dynamic

sales initiatives, and unparalleled

customer relationship

management..Your

primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by promoting Merrithew™ branded courses and workshops, increasing the number of students trained. By leveraging the company’s global network of instructor trainers, this person will be sure to optimize resources and ensure maximum impact and effectiveness in every educational endeavor. By promoting Merrithew’s branded courses and workshops, the company will ultimately increase the number of students trained and

brand awareness

within EMEA.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Hosting, and working closely with the Director of Operations, Global Hosting, this person will develop new Host Training Centers (HTCs) while managing and growing sales with existing HTC partners. In conjunction with a team of Hosting/Sales Coordinators as direct reports, the Senior Sales Manager, Global Hosting (EMEA) will oversee customer relationships and provide superior customer service to all partners within the territory.

The Senior Sales Manager must be fluent in an additional language – either German, French, Spanish or Arabic.

Responsibilities include:

Maximizing sales results through business analysis, planning, marketing and execution required to grow Merrithew™ branded programming

education

revenues through host training centers from both growing sales in existing host centers as well as establishing new hosting opportunities.

Business planning and sales growth

Identify opportunities of business growth and increase hosting frequencies and stimulate more diversified program as well as to facilitate equipment sales opportunities through

education

;annual sales revenue target in

education

sales opportunities brought by hostingof territorial- based sales growth projections and execution plans to meet business objectives assigned by Department Head.

Follow up on

education

leads from

education

training records, tradeshow leads, referrals from clients etc. and Wechat leads, manage them in CRM, convert into opportunities, close sales and establish new host centers.

Grow recurring sales in Host Sites by increasing frequency of hosting following the

career path

of STOTT PILATES Intensive Program, and coordinate Instructor Training scheduling resources in the same territory as well as with other territories

Converting new host sites into long term hosting partners

Work closely with Commercial Sales Managers, resellers and distributors for designed regions to …
