In this role, you will manage Enterprise accounts with annual values over $20,000, working closely with clients to achieve their objectives and minimize churn. A consultative approach is essential to identify risk signals and execute retention strategies. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions and continuous improvement of client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for Enterprise clients’ needs
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within accounts
• Maintain strong client relationships and trust
• Ensure proper CRM maintenance and metric tracking
• Lead business reviews to communicate progress effectively
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years in Relationship Management or similar roles
