This is a remote position.
Our client s looking for a Senior Project Manager to spearhead digital enablement projects, providing comprehensive oversight and strategic facilitation for sustainment. This individual will play a critical role in leading discussions and accountable to deliver integrations between platforms such as Salesforce and Genesys, while also collaborating with HLBC stakeholders and other PDHIS partners to drive the discovery and implementation of virtual health solutions.
The Provincial Digital Solutions (PDS) is dedicated to overseeing the delivery, operations, and support of health system applications and products tailored to the clinical business capabilities within the province. It aims to drive the modernization of product management practices, facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of provincial clinical systems and applications.
The project encompasses the coordination and execution of end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities for health system applications, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. It also involves the implementation of modern product management practices to align capabilities with evolving business goals and foster collaboration with Provincial Digital Health and Information Systems (PDHIS) and sector partners.
Objectives:
Lead the delivery of provincial clinical systems, applications, and products by collaborating with health sector business domain partners.
Drive the modernization of product management practices to integrate processes and align capabilities with evolving business goals.
Collaborate with PDHIS and sector partners to enhance, scale, and deploy provincial application and service products.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain operational excellence and service reliability.
Requirements
A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in managing complex digital technology (or transformation) projects from initiation to completion.
Experience working within the BC Health Sector is highly preferred.
The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is necessary.
Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholders groups
Strong facilitation skills for decisions to be made swiftly.
Able to work expeditiously as an individual contributor and as a team member.
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Working knowledge and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts practices, and deliverables
Experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals.
Experience working on a transformational change project.
Detailed oriented to ensure project decisions and changes are documented and communicated as appropriate.
