New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead an enterprise transformation initiative involving the implementation of a workflow platform. This role will support projects that include system integration, workflow optimization, vendor coordination, and enterprise change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing overall project leadership, coordination, and governance across healthcare stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables for a platform implementation.
- Reviewing and optimizing project plans, integrated schedules, and multi-workstream dependencies.
- Developing executive reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
- Supporting enterprise and departmental change management and operational readiness activities.
- Ensuring adherence to organizational, clinical, privacy, and quality standards.
- Facilitating effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including RAID logs and governance artifacts.
- Coordinating go-live planning, deployment, and stabilization activities across multiple work streams.
- This role ensures alignment between business objectives and technical delivery while driving successful project outcomes in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level project/program leadership in complex enterprise settings, including large-scale IT and platform implementations.
- Extensive experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives, including system implementation and organizational transformation.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments across clinical, operational, and technical domains.
- Experience working within regulated or highly structured environments (e.g., healthcare, public sector).
- Strong executive communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Demonstrated success improving operational workflows.
- Experience operating within a PMO framework and establishing project governance structures.
- Skilled in risk, issue, and dependency management, including escalation to executive stakeholders.
- Formal training in project management best practices; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.
- Experience managing vendor-led implementations and enterprise platform deployments (Connexall, Tele Tracking, or similar preferred).
